Ataraxis Management Inc has undertaken many Project Management assignments on behalf of clients and investors. These projects include coordination of construction, overseeing major improvements and upgrades, and coordination of large construction projects including the recent construction of the Manchester Tower, a multi-million 35,000 ft² residential and commercial building ($14-$15M) located in the Glebe Area, Ottawa ON. During the management process, Ataraxis selects the design team, manages the design process and oversees the tendering of the project. The company coordinates all deficiencies remediation and disputes resolution. By working closely with the design team, attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of construction techniques and prices, the team is able to realize cost savings for our clients with minimum disruption to existing tenants.
